Orders are dispatched from Northern NSW and are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product size, weight, and freight requirements.
Bulky items may incur additional freight charges due to their size and handling requirements.
While we work with reliable freight providers, JED Radiators Online is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather events, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.
