Our returns policy is outlined below.

Change of Mind Returns

JED Radiators Online does not accept change of mind returns.

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring the selected product is suitable for their vehicle. Product information, images, specifications, and vehicle details are provided to assist customers in making an informed decision prior to purchase.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Ordering the incorrect radiator or component
  • No longer requiring the product

Please ensure all vehicle details and product specifications are checked carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Fitment

Automotive parts require accurate selection to ensure compatibility with your vehicle.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product selected is suitable for their vehicle before placing an order. Product images, specifications, and available vehicle information are provided to assist with this decision.

If a customer selects a radiator or cooling component that does not fit their vehicle due to incorrect selection, the customer is responsible for the outcome and associated costs.

We recommend contacting our team before purchase if you are unsure about fitment.

Incorrect Item Supplied

In the unlikely event that JED Radiators Online supplies an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

The incorrect item must be returned to us in its original condition before a replacement can be issued.

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must not have been installed or filled with coolant
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • The item must be in new, unused, and perfect condition

Once the incorrect item has been received and inspected, we will arrange for the correct item to be supplied.

Please contact us for the return address and return procedure before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Faulty or Defective Products

All products supplied by JED Radiators Online are covered by applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.

If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the fault (where applicable)

We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our obligations, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies where required.

Please do not install, modify, or attempt repairs on a suspected faulty product without contacting us first, as this may affect the assessment process.

Damaged Items During Delivery

All products are carefully packaged before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item
  • Details of the damage

The damaged item must be returned to JED Radiators Online for assessment.

Please contact us for the return address and return procedure before sending any damaged item back.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement where applicable.

Please retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for freight or courier claims.

Refunds

JED Radiators Online does not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or incorrect fitment due to customer selection.

Refunds are only considered where required under Australian Consumer Law, including for eligible faulty or defective products where a replacement or repair is not a suitable resolution.

Where an incorrect item has been supplied by JED Radiators Online or a product is approved for replacement, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with this policy.
